I had Women's Bible Study tonight...thus the reason I missed AI...so I guess I shouldn't complain. Only 4 of us tonight..we are studying a new book by John and Stasi Eldredge called "Captivating". Read the first chapter...seems interesting, but most of all I think it's going to be a very deep and maybe uncomfortable study as it may have to take us out of our comfort zones and be a bit transparent...we'll see. If you have read this book, let me know what you thought? OK...
Tired today...was up at 6 a.m. Had the girls part of the day today (it's difficult getting back to a 6 a.m. wake-up call when I had last week off) I then kept busy making dinner for tonight's Bible study. Now I'm just about ready to hit the hay...and it's only a little after ten....man I'm feeling old...what happened to the days when I could pull all nighters?!?!? Yikes!
Well I'm going to call it a night...have a great day!

AI was pretty lame last nite. Everyone was pretty ho hum with the exception of Paris, who really rocked and Bucky (of all people) I thought he was in his element. (he sang Tim McGraw) they had to sing songs from the 21st century which means the last 6 yrs. Lisa went first and was bad...I think she'll go this week. Mandisa sang a gospel song and went a little overboard with the hallelujah stuff (the judges really didn't like it)and Chris whom I love,,,went overboard with the hard rock..it was just out of place...and the judges came down on him too, I agreed. Katherine was very good but as usual, out shone by people with more showmanship, Taylor was very good, Elliot was amazing but he just isn't easy on the eyes...sorry...Paris sang Beyonce's "Work it Out" and boy did she ever...very "in your face' as ususal but last nite it worked. Katherine can REALLY sing but she's got to make more of a splash to win I think...well that's my 2 cents. :)or maybe 4 lol
